Maegan Cole is the owner/broker of ReALTA Real Estate Services and holds more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience. She began her career in 2010 specializing in healthcare real estate, supporting the diverse needs of a regional healthcare system through transactions, leasing and contract negotiations, property operations, construction buildouts, and other real estate matters.
Early opportunities to work with clients with varied portfolios—retail, industrial, medical, office and self-storage properties to critical and emergency infrastructure facilities—allowed Maegan’s role to evolve with their needs and quickly acclimating her to a broad range of property types and industry disciplines. She has participated in more than 50 million in real estate transactions and advisory engagements, including acquisitions, dispositions and consulting services; provided owner representation and oversight for approximately 26 million in construction and renovation projects; and managed significant commercial property portfolios across a variety of types and uses.
These experiences ultimately shaped both Maegan’s practice and her approach to client service. Rather than focusing on any one sector or traditional real estate service, she found her greatest value in providing hands-on representation across the full spectrum of her clients’ real estate needs.
Today, Maegan maintains a focused client base, allowing her to work closely with each client, provide trusted continuity, protect their interests and help move their real estate objectives forward.
With 15+ years in the local market, Maegan has developed longstanding relationships across the area’s real estate, design, construction, vendor, utility and municipal communities. Combined with her broad industry experience and highly engaged approach, these relationships allow her to connect clients with the right people and resources, navigate complex projects and provide a level of representation that extends beyond the transaction.
Maegan is a licensed Real Estate Broker through the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and holds a B.A. in Mass Communication/Public Relations from Louisiana State University Shreveport.
